DEFINE KEYBOARD RATE

This command allows you to define the speed with which the characters will be received by the input system on repetition, with the INPUT or INKEY command. The speed depends on the target, with a minimum value of 0 (maximum speed) to a maximum value of 254 (minimum speed).
