This constant allows you to know the ratio (percentile) between the screen
reference system and the sprite reference system. In other words, given a
coordinate according to the screen reference system, you can calculate the
one according to the sprite reference system with the following proportion:( SCREEN HEIGHT * SCREEN SPRITE RATIO Y ) / 100
= SCREEN SPRITE RATIO Y
